History: Her father, a privateer, seduced and married the widow of an earl, Lady Philippa Windsor. She has one brother, Jack Sparrow
, who hides her existence to protect her from the enemies he made. When she was 17 she fell in love with a captain, James Norrington, who spurned her advances and left her ruined. Broken-hearted she set sail for England and took her mother's madien name to hide what had happened. When she recieved a mysterious letter from her brother she sailed for Tortuga where Jack hid her in a safe house.
Appearance (a picture will do):
Long, thick, wavy blue-black hair, misty green eyes, Heart-shaped face, killer cheek bones, full lips. She has a freckle underneath her left eye, a very distinguishing mark she inherited from her mother. Tall, five foot eight with a soft Irish lilt.

With a sword pointed directly at his throat Norrington swore at Will and aimed a killing glance at Elisabeth who tied him tightly to a chair.
"Well, Commador." Jack said. "You seem to have failed again in catching me. I have someone who would love to see your down fall, perhaps you remember her." Sweeping aside a curtain covering the rickety door frame to reveal a stunning young woman with an Irish complextion, blue-black hair and misty green eyes.
The Commador's eyes widened in shock. "Charlotte!" He gasped.
"Hello, James," Charlotte said in her soft Irish lilt. "Reckon you were rid of me?"
"What the devil are you doing here?"
"Jack sent for me."
"Why?"
"Because he knew the pain you had caused me and he knew that I could persuade you to change your mind and give him the heart to destroy."
"And why would I do that?"
"Because I'll reveal to the world that you ruined me, you'd never be accepted again, with or without a pardon. I'm here to do that." . . .
